Because all Ever & Always items are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Ordering the wrong item
- Preference of fit, color, or design
- Change of mind
Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please submit a claim through our Order Support Portal within 14 days of delivery.
You will be asked to provide:
- Your order information
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
